Doris commenced at Berwick Physiotherapy in 1998. Having graduated from La Trobe University in 1989, completing a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree, Doris commenced her career in the hospital setting spending seven years at The Austin Hospital and gaining experience in acute injury management and rehabilitation. In 1995, Doris further enhanced her physiotherapy credentials with the completion of a Post Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and in 1998, a Post Graduate Diploma in Manipulative Physiotherapy.
Doris’ experience is extensive; she effectively diagnoses and manages complex musculoskeletal injuries. She has an interest in managing both spinal and sporting injuries. Doris has undertaken Pilates training to assist with rehabilitating patients with spinal injuries.
Like so many of us, Doris balances her dedication to her work with the demands of an active young family, which includes involvement in team sports. Through sporting club associations and exposure to ever-present injuries, Doris has a keen interest in managing and preventing sporting injuries in children.
