Adam has been a part of Berwick Physiotherapy since 2007 and consults across our Berwick and Pakenham Lakeside sites. Adam became a partner in the clinics in 2011. With almost two decades of clinical experience, Adam brings a broad knowledge of diagnosis and injury management to the practice.
Holding a Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Adam is able to provide you with an accurate diagnosis and some caring guidance on how to go about managing your aches and pains. Adam has a strong bias towards manual therapy, including mobilisation and manipulative techniques, which is complemented by his tailored exercise programs.
Adam has a particular interest in treatment of the wrist and hand. He has worked closely with a number of hand surgeons and continues to provide specialised care for a number of arthritic, traumatic and post-operative conditions. Adam is qualified to fabricate customised splints for acute fractures and dislocations of the hand and wrist.
In addition to his Masters degree, Adam has also done further study in the areas of dry needling, manipulation of the spine, shoulder injuries and complex spinal pain. He is also experienced in teaching graduate physiotherapists through the APA Spinal courses. Adam also has a close working relationship with many of the local orthopaedic surgeons.
